Crystal Caves & Aquarium
Description:
After discovering the awesome wonders of the Crystal Caves filled with stalactites and stalagmites, let’s travel to Flatts Village, the home of the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo (founded in 1926). Upon entering the Aquarium, collect a sound-stick at the entrance which will play recorded commentaries of many tanks. A must see is the 140,000 gallon ‘North Rock Tank’ which is a living replica of one of Bermuda’s spectacular coral reefs (one of the largest collections in the world). After perusing through the Museum and Zoo, it’s off to the City of Hamilton (our capital since 1815) for a short tour and shopping at your leisure.
